Since 1990 Richard has been implementing the 7 STEPS TO A LOT MORE SALES system with businesses in all industries - retail, wholesale, manufacturing, service and professional practices.
Since 1994, he has trained and certified over 200 consultants to provide the 7 STEPS TO A LOT MORE SALES system to businesses in their areas. Richard is a regularly invited speaker at Chamber of Commerce functions and Manufacturing Extension Partnership conferences.
His book, "Twenty-Five Ways to increase sales without spending an extra dime on advertising" was published in 1999 by CRISP business publications. Greg's experiences in family office environments, the financial services industry and public charity serves as context for his belief in the emerging solution of 'total wealth optimization'. The new "wealth-management' best practices acknowledge and manage a client's Total Wealth. Greg's unique approach is to focus on solutions that optimize his client's 'total wealth'. He's a visionary leader in helping his clients to proactively optimize and manage their online-presence...today's 'new real estate'. Just as property management is key to increased real estate wealth, management of one's own "online-property assets" are crucial in optimizing their wealth-building potential and to mitigate the risks of online business and personal reputations.
Greg has been in the real estate finance and development industry since 1974. He is experienced in the start-up and management of full-service mortgage banking operations, project finance, and lifestyle coaching. He has been active in the Mortgage Banker's Association, Young President's Organization and Boy Scouts of America. He is a past president of the Holladay Rotary Club and is a Paul Harris Fellow. He holds a BA in economics and Social Science from Boise State University and a MBA from Brigham Young University.
Greg is married and is the father of four girls and seven grandchildren. From a 'seventh generation' perspective, he contemplates often his own legacy. He currently serves as president of a 26 year old public charity committed to community-equity solutions and is a director of Family Office Benefits, a family-office practice.
